YugTroniX is the official Robotics Club of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at JNTUK UCEK. We are a team of passionate innovators, engineers, and thinkers working at the intersection of mechanical design, electronics, and programming.
Our club provides a platform for students to explore, experiment, and build robotics projects — from concept to creation — while developing both technical expertise and leadership skills.

What We Do
At YugTroniX, our activities revolve around innovation and practical learning in the field of robotics and technology:
- Design and build autonomous robots and drones
- Work on embedded systems using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ROS
- Organize workshops, hackathons, and technical fests
- Promote cross-disciplinary innovation and practical learning
- Participate in national and regional robotics competitions
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new members
Our hands-on approach ensures that members gain practical experience while working on cutting-edge technology projects.

Flagship Projects

QuadDrone
An advanced quadcopter drone, controlled by joystick and hand gestures with vibration reduction for improved stability. Features a custom flight controller and LIDAR integration for enhanced mapping. The drone operates indoors without GPS reliance.
Future Scope: Adding airbags and a gripper, vision-based navigation system.
Autonomous FPV Car
A self-driving first-person view (FPV) RC car that navigates autonomously while providing real-time video feedback. This platform integrates computer vision, machine learning, and robotics to explore autonomous vehicle concepts.
6 DOF Robotic Arm
A functional robotic arm with 6 degrees of freedom capable of performing tasks such as picking and placing objects with precision and control. This project gives members hands-on experience with kinematics, control systems, and mechanical design.
